We are seeking a dynamic and commercially-minded Corporate IP lawyer (c. 3-4 years PQE) to join our London Technology Transactions team, a strategic pillar of our Corporate practice at Akin. This is a standout opportunity to play a pivotal role in a high-growth area, delivering integrated, end-to-end support for corporates, investors and founders operating at the intersection of mergers & acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and technology.
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in corporate transactional support, who are confident advising on commercial, IP, IT/tech. Experience in standalone commercial contracts and IP/IT advisory work is highly valued, though we also welcome candidates eager to develop their expertise in these areas. |
The Technology Transactions team sits within our Corporate practice and is led by Justin Stock, Stephen Rosen, David Bresnick, and Natasha Ahmed.
