The role

We are looking to expand our London incentives practice and seek a lawyer with 5-8 years post-qualification experience. Candidates must have substantial experience advising private equity sponsors and public/private companies on the taxation and structuring of management equity and share incentive arrangements. Relevant employment law knowledge is also preferred.

The team is headed up by partner Stephen Brown, who advises private equity investors and public and private companies in the UK and internationally. Stephen’s practice is supported by an Associate and a Trainee.
