Corporate (M&A Generalist) Associate

We are expanding our high-performing Corporate practice in London and are looking for a lawyer with 2-5 years’ post-qualification experience to join our dynamic team.

Candidates must have proven expertise in high-value M&A transactions and experience/or a keen interest in public M&A. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-profile deals alongside leading professionals in the field.

We seek individuals with outstanding academic credentials, superior communication skills, and a strong commercial mindset. Prior experience working with energy clients or commercially sophisticated financial institutions—such as investment banks, hedge funds, institutional lenders, and other major investors—is essential.
