The role

We are expanding our high-performing Corporate practice in London and are looking for a private equity transactions lawyer with 6-8 years’ post-qualification experience to join our dynamic team.

Candidates must have strong private equity and M&A experience representing clients on complex cross-border transactions.

We seek individuals with outstanding academic credentials, superior communication skills, and a strong commercial mindset. Prior experience working with energy clients or commercially sophisticated financial institutions—such as investment banks, hedge funds, institutional lenders, and other major investors—is essential.
