We are seeking a dynamic Corporate IP lawyer (c. 3-4 years PQE) to join our London Technology Transactions team, a key focus of our Corporate practice at Akin. This is a standout opportunity to take a key role in a high-growth area, delivering integrated, end-to-end support for corporates, investors and founders operating at the intersection of mergers & acquisitions (M&A), private equity and technology.
We are looking for candidates with a robust background in corporate support, who excel in handling commercial, IP, IT/tech and privacy matters with expertise and confidence, and with experience in standalone commercial contracts and IP/IT advisory (there will be the opportunity to build this skill set). |
The technology transactions team sits within our Corporate practice and is led by Justin Stock, Stephen Rosen, David Bresnick and Natasha Ahmed. Together, the technology transactions team brings deep experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), private equity, growth and venture investments and corporate matters across technology-driven sectors positioning Akin to offer seamless, end-to-end solutions in an increasingly complex global market. In this role, you will collaborate closely with partner Natasha Ahmed, whose recent addition to our firm has significantly bolstered our technology transactions team, enhancing our strategic guidance capabilities for clients in the use, acquisition, and protection of technology. |
