We are growing our London Finance team (structured within our international Corporate practice) and seek a private credit focused lawyer with four to six year’s post qualification experience. Broad experience across the credit spectrum required, along with strong client and project management skills for our commercially minded financial institution clients such as investment funds, institutional lenders and other sophisticated investors. |

Our multidisciplinary team has advised on precedent-setting financings, acquisition and asset financings, special situations investments, workouts and restructurings in the U.S., the U.K. and throughout EMEA. We advise companies, private equity and hedge funds, banks and institutional lenders, export credit agencies, development finance institutions, Islamic finance institutions, and lessors and lessees in their financing activities in international and domestic syndicated loan, debt and capital markets. |
